Model LCES
The Lazar Cap Elevator Sorter with an extended chute allows this unit to be easily integrated into any production line. The LCES has chain widths available from 6 to 30 inches and speeds ranging from 50 to 600 caps per minute. Bulk cap hoppers are available from 5 to 11 cubic feet depending upon the conveyor chain width and cap dimensions used.
The LCES delivers properly oriented caps via a discharge chute on demand. The caps are elevated and oriented on a special, custom designed belt from the floor level bulk cap hopper. The LCES has an all stainless steel construction, NEMA 4 control panel, fiber optic sensors for feed control, and easy "No Tool" adjustable polycarbonate plastic cap guards -- standard on the Model LCES.
